CRISSY is a beautiful chocolate doe - the one doe out of Ivory's sextuplets. Although she has a lot of control over her ears, they are long, soft, wide and well shaped. Crissy has beautiful conformation and a special personality. I love her rich chocolate color with the gold trim, frosted ears and nose and partial belt.  Crissy is an incredible milker and is very easy to milk.  Her udder is very soft, with tons of capacity.  It is tightly attached, well shaped, and wide.  Her teats are nice & long and extremely easy-to-milk.  Crissy is a family favorite for milking - she has a great will to milk and is usually still giving lots when the other does are starting to dry up.  We have retained one of her quad doelings from 2016 - Nana.

Crissy is retired due to a kidding injury in 2016.

She has great capacity - she milks around 5-7 lbs. Her udder is VERY soft and easy to milk. She has long teats making her extremely easy to milk. Her ears are fully pendulous and her nose is roman. Ivory tends to have lots of kids and has had several sets of quads and quints.  In 2009, she gave us sextuplets!  Ivory is a nice size at 25 inches tall.

NUTMEG is a beautiful doe with a lovely personality. She has BEAUTIFUL, long, well shaped ears. Her nose is slightly roman. Nutmeg is a smoothly blended doe with very nice overall conformation. She has a sweet face and loves people.  Nutmeg broke her leg as a yearling, but in spite of it being a very severe break, it healed well and doesn't seem to bother her.  She is an extremely good milker like her dam giving about 7 lbs of very rich milk per day. Nutmeg has given us several GORGEOUS kids and has passed her beautiful breed character on to her offspring.  Nutmeg's udder is very soft an has nice long, easy to milk teats.  She is also a very good milker with high butterfat.

GRACE is a very small, petite doe and so sweet.  She is a gold roan with frosted ears and muzzle, tan trim and a partial white belt. Grace has beautiful conformation with a loooong, deep body, level topline, well extended brisket, and strong feet and legs. Grace's udder is VERY nice. It is tightly attached, super soft, and capacious.  She is very easy to milk with her nice, long, correctly placed teats.  She also has very high butterfat like her granddam, Misty.  In 2011, Grace had 7% average BF!  She also has very high protein with an average of 4.51% in 2011.  This combination of butterfat and protein make for excellent cheese making milk.  Her volume of milk was rather low her first two freshenings, when she had single does, but she freshened with triplet bucks in 2011, and her volume went WAY up.  She is milks around 5-6 lbs a day for most of her lactation.  Very nice production for a doe her size.  We have retained her son, Comet, as a herdsire.  We also have two of her daughters in the herd, Hope and Gloria.

SAPPHIRE is a beautiful doe out of the first goats I purchased from Echo Hill's.  Sapphire has very nice conformation with strong feet and legs and lots of body capacity.  This doe is a wonderful combination of beautiful conformation and udder quality.  She milks like her dam with tons of milk and is very easy to milk.  Sapphire averages around 6 lbs and peaked over 9# her second freshening. Her dam is our best milker giving about 7-8 lbs of milk each day and has given as much as 10# in one day! Molly has a lovely udder and is super easy to milk. Jasper, Sapphire's sire, also comes from a line of great milkers and has given us many beautiful kids.  Sapphire's udder is socked on super tight with very nice shape.  I don't know that I've ever seen an udder with such high, tight rear attachments!  Sapphire easily earned her last two V-CH legs as a 3 year old and is the 2nd doe in the country to earn the VCH title (with her dam being the first).  She deserves it!  She is one of our taller does being 27" so will be bred to smaller bucks.

Amber is a beautiful golden doe with nice conformation and breed character.  I have wanted a doeling out of Freddy for a few years now and Amber is exactly what I hoped for.  Her dam and maternal half sister are both excellent milkers, and even at less than a week fresh, Amber looks to be following in their footsteps. Her udder has a lovely medial with even halves and her teats are well placed and VERY easy to milk for a first freshening yearling.  I would like to see tighter udder attachments, so will probably breed her to MoonBeam.  You can see an udder picture at the bottom of her page.  Amber has lovely conformation with smooth blending, correct feet and legs and a long, deep body.

dd: VMCH Echo Hill's Molly O'Malley 2*P (3rd gen. AM)

DOB: 5/29/11

Jewel is a real beauty and a treasure chest of genetics.  She is the result of Sapphire (a Molly daughter) deciding that she didn't like the buck I had paired her up with and so getting bred to the clean up buck who happened to be her half brother (a Molly son).  So...  Jewel is a double Molly kid.  Since I LOVE Molly, her udder and her milk production, I am very happy with this breeding.  It turned out to be all I hoped when I found that Freddy would be the sire of Sapphire's kids.  Sadly, we lost Jewel as a yearling when she got into some moldy sunflower seeds...  She is sadly missed!

DIAMOND is the dam of Jasper's dam, Hidden Creek's Easter Sunrise. She is also the dam of Grant's sire, Echo Hill's Ulysses. Diamond has one of the best udders that I have ever seen on a MiniNubian. Her topline is incredibly straight and level. Diamond also has a wonderful personality. I am very happy to have two of her grandsons here. They are doing great things in our herd. WINDY is 75% Nubian and 25% Nigerian.  She stayed a very nice size for a 75/25 at only 26 inches tall.  She has good breed character and a nice udder.  Windy has long, easy to milk teats and gives a lot of milk.  I have two of her daughters in my herd (Zephyr and Summer) as well as several grandkids (Bliss and Beethoven).  Windy was one of the last kids from our first Nubian, Muffin, and so is a very special goat to us.  Windy has moved on to bless another family as we had to cut back on our herd.  Thank you Melisa and family for giving Windy such a good home!

CowKid milked about 5 lbs. a day. Her conformation is very nice. Her kids have inherited her great udder and wonderful conformation and tend to have beautiful Nigerian type colorings. CowKid is only 21.5 inches tall.  CowKid has moved on to improve some of the herds in NY.

SOPHIE is full sister to our buck Country Dreams Charlie Brown. She is blonde with her color being white in the winter and a creamy color in the spring and summer. Her ears are 2/3 drop and her nose is very roman. She is extremely friendly and loves people, especially children. We retained Sophie's lovely daughter by Jasper, Daisy. Sophie's udder is tightly attached and well shaped. It is still on the small side, but I am hoping she increases in capacity as she matures (she is milked out in the above picture). Her full sisters are milking 5-6 lbs per day. Her dam is also a wonderful milker. (see 'Rock' above)

Her daughter Misty, granddaughter Raisin, and great-granddaughter Grace, have all won 1st place in online shows.

DIAMOND is a beautiful doeling with lovely breed character and a great personality.  She is a beautiful combination of her parents.  Diamond' dam, Nutmeg, freshened with a very nice udder and is extremely easy to milk. Diamond's sire is also from great milking lines, so Jasmine should be a wonderful little milker.  Diamond is named after FMCH Hidden Creek's Diamond *P a WONDERFUL MiniNubian doe from Dannette Hackman's herd who is the granddam to our Diamond's sire and granddam to her dam's sire.  We sadly lost Diamond her first year.

STORMY was a very correct 4th gen. doeling. She had very nice breed character and wonderful conformation. She had a wonderful personality to match her good looks. She is a great example of what we are trying to breed in the MiniNubians. Her dam, Green Gables CB Ivory has a beautiful udder with tons of milk. Stormy's sire, +*B Echo Hill's Jasper, also has lots of milk in his pedigree. Unfortunately we lost Stormy in the spring of '08 so we weren't able to breed her at all. She is placed on this page as an example of what we are striving for.
