Green Gables HP Honeysuckle
1st generation - Experimental

Sire: Karmic Acres PR Honey Pot (Nigerian)
ss: Helderberg TB Pacific Rush
sd: Kaapio Acres MH Honeysuckle 1*M
Dam: Green Gables GS Marigold 3*P (4th gen)
ds: Echo Hill's DO Goldstone (5th gen)
dd: Green Gables USG Trillium 2*P (3rd gen)

DOB: 3/17/17

Percentage: 25/75 (Nubian/Nigerian)

G6S Normal by parentage

We are very excited to retain this little doeling out of the Nigerian buck we brought in last year.  Honey Pot brings extremely heavy milking Nigerian lines to our MiniNubians. Honeysuckle's dam, Marigold, has stellar conformation and extreme breed character. Her teats are very long, so hopefully Honeysuckle will take after her dam rather than the typical Nigerian teats. Being 75% Nigerian, Honeysuckle has wild flyaway airplane ears that are SUPER cute. She is so extremely friendly that it is almost impossible to get a good picture of her without help as she is always underfoot. Really looking forward to watching her mature and seeing how her udder turns out.

G6S Normal by Parentage

Nellie is the result of an intentional linebreeding on one of my favorite ever does, Echo Hill's Molly O'Malley (Dolly's dam and the dam or Remmy's granddam).  Nellie's dam, Dolly has a VERY nice, super well attached udder with lots of milk.  She is also extremely easy to milk.  I am very happy with her udder and production, often giving over a gallon a day with 7# being her norm.  Nellie's sire is out of the best uddered doe in our herd, Green Gables Cali Luna 4*P.  Her udder is the best I've ever bred and I cannot find a fault with it - high, wide rear udder, snug attachments with a nice medial, correctly placed and sized teats that are easy to milk, excellent capacity, smooth foreudder... She has the ideal udder. I am really looking forward to seeing how Nellie's udder turns out.  Her conformation is very nice being long and super wide. She also has lovely breed character.

Stormy is a beautiful doe with lovely conformation, perfect breed character and a fun, colorful coat as well.  Her dam, Cami has a lovely, near perfect mammary and TONS of milk.  She is very easy to milk as well.  Stormy's sire, Thunder, is from INCREDIBLE milking lines.  His dam milked 11.7, 10.8 and 9.9#s on her milk tests! She peaked close to 16#!!! And her udder is very nice as well in spite of some mastitis damage on one side.  REALLY looking forward to how Stormy freshens in 2019. Stormy has very nice conformation with correct feet and legs, a level topline, and tons of width throughout.

Maggie is full sister to our buck, Remmy. Her dam, Cali has the best udder I've ever bred and I cannot find a fault with it - high, wide rear udder, snug attachments with a nice medial, correctly placed and sized teats that are easy to milk, excellent capacity, smooth foreudder... She has the ideal udder.  Maggie's sire, Goldstone, puts incredible breed character on his kids and lovely conformation.  He also comes from great milkers.  Maggie has lovely conformation and is one of my favorite color patters.  She has good breed character and a friendly, loving personality.
